Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production and publication of the academic class timetable
  • Manage and maintain all centrally controlled teaching spaces
  • Manage room bookings of centrally controlled teaching spaces and meeting rooms for University staff and external clients
  • Provide training to staff members on timetabling software.
