Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-level information and advice on a range of student and academic administrative matters to current and prospective students, staff and the general public.
  • Provide the delivery of integrated, accessible and client-focused first-tier support for students and clients via face-to-face, online, phone and chat.
  • Produce official University documentation (e.g. academic transcripts, certified documents) in line with policy and procedures.
  • Provide high-level support and input into the design of organisational, policy and procedural implementation/operationalisation, including analysis of the impact of changed requirements on existing services, processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with faculties, schools and external stakeholders regarding the dissemination of relevant information to students and other clients.
  • Provide advice to student administrative committees and working parties.
